Implementation of a Shopify Plus B2B commerce platform & NetSuite integration
Novatize supported Jyga in the deployment of two Shopify Plus stores to modernize its historically B2B business model and structure a multi-market eCommerce architecture tailored to professional buyers. The mandate included implementing the Shopify B2B model (Companies, Company Locations, Company Contacts), requiring rigorous hierarchical management of companies and their users. The integration with the NetSuite ERP was orchestrated via Celigo, with automated flows to synchronize products, multi-warehouse inventory, customers, and orders. Custom scripts enabled advanced transformations for shipping methods, languages and financial amounts. Multi-currency management (CAD, USD, EUR), specific B2B price lists and the coexistence of B2B and B2C journeys required advanced catalog configuration to ensure pricing and calculation consistency between Shopify and the ERP. Optimization of API calls (GraphQL throttling) and Celigo flows was also implemented to ensure system stability and scalability.
